Lousy communications and service leased new suv. Had minor problem took car in twice.On 2nd.time service dept had car for over 4 weeks! and with very little communcations or updates.H leased new suv. Recall Notice I received several recall notices from Ford regarding my Ranger. In Los Angeles, the wait list was outrageous. In Palm Springs, Ford arranged for me I received several recall notices from Ford regarding my Ranger. In Los Angeles, the wait list was outrageous. In Palm Springs, Ford arranged for me to drop off my Ranger and get a rental and they were ready for me when I walked in, kept me informed on the progress of the recall repair and recommended some additional repairs. Bryan the service manager and Ignacio were fantastic, I felt like they actually cared about my happiness and that they enjoyed their jobs and helping me solve my problem. They then delivered the truck back to my house and picked up the rental. I am thinking of buying another vehicle and will be going to Palm Springs Motors to do it. They deserve to be rewarded for their excellence. More

I was very impressed with the way we were treated and lengths you went to to get us on the road in a timely manner. On Monday morning Bryan said the car would be done at 2:00 Tuesday and that is exactly when we drove out of the dealership. Great job!!! More
