A really good experience We had to have our vehicle towed to Palmen on a Wednesday night around 6pm. A service coordinator named Taylor was very helpful thru the whole process We had to have our vehicle towed to Palmen on a Wednesday night around 6pm. A service coordinator named Taylor was very helpful thru the whole process, called us back when he said he would, got the vehicle diagnosed first thing the following morning, set me up with a loaner vehicle the next day so I could get to work, and dealt with our warranty company to get most of the repair cost covered. We got the vehicle back Thursday afternoon with a new starter, and was impressed with the whole experience. It went really smoothly and would recommend them to anyone, keep up the good work! More
