I presented a Mopar special at time of scheduling services only to receive a call stating that the service was to be done for more than triple the price. I reminded Wally of the special and he said, “right, where did you get that thing again.” After speaking with his manager, he came back and told me that he would honor the special but the rotors were going to be an additional 170 a piece. I declined and said I’d be in to pick up my vehicle. I decided to order upgraded rotors and pads from mopar for a fraction of the price that it would have cost me to have them replaced by the service department. And these are upgraded parts. A complete rip off. Brake flush had already been done. You should NOT have performed a brake flush on my car until after you gave me an estimate for the services I actually brought the car in for and AFTER I okayed the services to be done. This seems to have been done intentionally so you could make money off of me any way you could. It seems desperate and unprofessional. Would not recommend Palmen to anyone; even with a mopar special. As a side note, you should train your employees on what Mopar is and the specials they are running. It is extremely unprofessional to be asked where you found a special when the special is from your service and parts division. More
