I enjoy the sales team at Palmen Racine, but absolutely hate needing to take my car in for service. I have had so many bad experiences that going there makes my stomach churn in knots. This time, a very hate needing to take my car in for service. I have had so many bad experiences that going there makes my stomach churn in knots. This time, a very poorly repaired door dent. I have to take my car to another place for the repair, and will need to pay to fix their poor workmanship. This was the last straw. From this point forward my repairs and my new purchases will go to Palmen Kenosha. More

Wally, in the service department, answered all my questions regarding the service on my 2014 Ram. First, he gave an estimate to the length of time for service but then followed up with the technicia questions regarding the service on my 2014 Ram.
