Ignored with child Upon arriving, the employee at the first desk, who didn’t appear to be helping anyone directly, instructed my infant son and I down to the third desk Upon arriving, the employee at the first desk, who didn’t appear to be helping anyone directly, instructed my infant son and I down to the third desk where that employee was already helping someone. We then waited ~10-15 minutes while this employee finished assisting the customer in front of me. I was acknowledged by this third desk employee, but it was still irritating to have to wait that long with my son in his stroller while seeing the first desk employee struggle to manage the work and customers in the area. I was passed in line by 3 people who arrived after I did. The waiting room also left a lot to be desired compared to other dealership waiting rooms. I used to bring my wife’s Jeep to this location when we owned it and was never satisfied with the customer service. Sad to see that nothing has changed. More

Took me in right away I had a battery issue. I had an appointment for later in the week, but the car decided not to run, so I drove it out to Palmen. Patty was he person I I had a battery issue. I had an appointment for later in the week, but the car decided not to run, so I drove it out to Palmen. Patty was he person I went to. I always go to her when I get a chance. She keeps you informed, she is always pleasant and really gets to the bottom of things right away. I was in a bit longer than thought, but I was there during the week without an appointment. Lengthy weight time upon arrival and for an oil change. It took 1 1/2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation and the tire rotation was not done- it was forgotten. More

I called the service department about 10:30 in the morning and asked if needed to make an appointment or do a walk in. The lady who spoke to told me as long as I was there before 4:30 I would be ok and didn't need to make an appointment. After work, I made it to the dealership at 4:20 in the afternoon. The first service guy (Tim) ask I had appointment and told him no because the lady who I spoke to in the morning said I didn't need one of I showed up before 4:30. After some back and forth about getting an oil change, another service guy (Wayne) helped me out and I was able to get my truck's oil change. Both Tim and Wayne were professional and I am willing to do business with them again. The lady on the phone apparently doesn't know how the place runs and should be dismissed working there. More

I really appreciated that the service advisor Wally understood my concern regarding my brakes and was able to ensure that my car was serviced so quickly. From the service advisor to the courtesy shuttle driver, the team at Palmen is professional and courteous. They gave me peace of mind and I will continue to bring my car to Palmen for service! More
