Not a pleasant one.. Came in for a normal oil change. Told the service advisor to make sure they reset the tire psi in the car system. Went back in and told them this. He has me pull around. They check the tire pressure which is fine. I show him the dash and say, you didn't do the reset. He responds with, that will correct itself in a mile or two. Of course, it does not. They also lost the inspection report for the car, so the advisor writes one him self. How does he know what they did to my car. He didn't bother going to check or anything. He just wrote a new one out. Bottom line, it was a very bad experience. More
