Thank-you for taking the time to provide this review, as we appreciate the customer input and take all reviews seriously. As I stated when I originally reached out to you on 4/14, I apologize that you felt neglected, but working with the person you made an appointment with is a policy passed down from the manufacturer. The reason for this is that they want one person handling you from beginning to end, within certain intervals, while also providing the advisors time to handle other issues in between their own scheduled appointments. Just because Patti did not have another customer at her desk, does not mean she was not expecting one at any moment or completing paperwork for another customer whose vehicle was ready and waiting to leave. I am sure you can understand, putting yourself on the other side, that had she started writing you up and then her next appointment showed up, that could lead to that person being angry having to wait for her, thus creating a potential domino effect for multiple unhappy customers. Hopefully, now knowing the logic and reasoning behind things and the fact that this is the way the manufacturer wishes things to be done in the service drive, things make better sense. Patti was wonderful once again taking getting my car in and taking care of the problem. The extended warranty didn’t cover the problem so it was expensive to have it done there but Patti was terrific!! More
