Thank-you for taking the time to provide this review, as all customer input is valuable and welcome. The reasoning behind keeping you with your assigned advisor is so all the advisors have time scheduled in between customers in order to update/complete paperwork for customers already here and waiting, or who have dropped off their vehicles and waiting for the completion call to pick them back up; also, they may have an appointment of their own they are expecting shortly. So, just because there was no one standing in front of them, or they were not on the phone, it does not necessarily mean they were available to help someone else's scheduled customer. As for the improper use of a mask, I completely apologize and assure you everyone has been reminded of proper Covid-19 safety protocol, as it is something we feel very strongly about here. Sometimes, not pulling a mask up and wearing it properly is just an innocent oversight and, while not an intentional act by any means, something we need to be very aware of during these trying times of the pandemic.
