After checking it myself, it had dirt caked in it, water stains and was clearly > 2 yes old. I have now changed it myself but was annoyed with overall experience of service attendant saying "there is nothing wrong with your truck" without listening to things that needed to be addressed and pushing me out More

Vehicle Repair Roberto and the crew were awesome. I made a trip to get my oil changed and asked if they would check my back seat. My back seat would not lay down a Roberto and the crew were awesome. Roberto said that the oil change was easy, but not sure about getting the seat fixed. He recommended that I come back for it and he would arrange for me to have a Courtesy Vehicle.
