I want to give Palmer’s service department a genuine 5-star review because despite everything I’ve gone through with my vehicle, the people here have truly been great to me. I previously owned a 2023 5-star review because despite everything I’ve gone through with my vehicle, the people here have truly been great to me. I previously owned a 2023 Grand Cherokee Laredo that I absolutely loved and unfortunately lost in an accident 😭. I had such a great experience with that Jeep that when it was time to replace it, I went right back and bought another Grand Cherokee. I genuinely loved the brand and wanted to stick with it. Unfortunately, my experience with my current Jeep has been completely different. At very low mileage, it spent a significant amount of time out of service and went through multiple major warranty repairs trying to resolve a recurring issue, eventually resulting in a complete engine replacement. Through all of that, Luis and the Palmer service team were sincere, patient, communicative, and continued working with me to figure out what was going on. There were times when the issue was difficult to reproduce, and they still listened to me and kept trying. I really appreciate that, and it wouldn’t be fair for me to take away from the service department when they were the ones actually trying to fix the vehicle and help me through it. I also want to give credit to my Stellantis Customer Care representative. He was extremely kind, helpful, and patient with me throughout the process, even when I knowww he could tell I was frustrated lol. I genuinely believe he did everything he could within the authority he had, and I appreciate how he treated me. Shout out to Aparup! Where my experience becomes 1 star is with the Stellantis resolution process itself. After everything this nearly new vehicle went through, my repurchase request was denied, and I’ve now had to pursue the Georgia Lemon Law arbitration process. That part has been extremely disappointing, especially as someone who liked their first Grand Cherokee enough to go out and buy another one. I also hate that dealership employees and Customer Care representatives are the ones on the front line dealing with frustrated customers and trying to maintain our trust in the brand when they aren’t necessarily the people making these decisions. The people I personally dealt with were doing their jobs and genuinely trying to help. So overall, 5 stars for Palmer’s service department and the people who genuinely tried to help me. 1 star for the Stellantis resolution process that followed. I still have love for the Jeep name and genuinely hope something changes with the Stellantis process down the line. They make some beautiful vehicles, and there’s a reason I came back and bought another Grand Cherokee after loving my first one. I just wish the experience when something goes seriously wrong with one matched the confidence I originally had in the brand. More
