Great diesel mechanic. I drive from Doraville because I get a,solid job every time. My truck is very important to my race shop and reliability is everything on the road. Thanks for the good job.

I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and expect a littler higher quality service for minor issues like bluetooth connection resets. I also have only serviced my car at this dealer and my lug nuts on tires got stripped and they expected me to pay for them which is unacceptable.

Roberto in service is polite, attentive, and pays attention to detail. He had me taken care of in a timely manner. It was easy to come in for service on my vehicle.

Had made an appointment to have new tires installed and alignment checked. The service advisor confirmed my appointment, verified the tires were ready, was very courteous and polite. Was advised the work would take about 2.5 hours (previously advised over the phone was 2 hours). However, the work took closer to 4 hours. I was able to work using the wifi in the lounge, but not able to successfully join conference calls using my pc, as it kept dropping the call. Also use of masks by other visitors was not enforced, although staff all wre wearing them.

Brought my car in for service and to purchase it at lease end. Everyone I dealt with was professional and very friendly. Most people have negative things to say about dealerships, I have never had a negative experience at Palmer and have nothing but great things to say.

I bought my 2014 JKU from them seven and half years ago. They have ALWAYS taken care of my Jeep, and I will always bring it back to them. The service writers, parts pros, and technicians are good people and see that my Jeep is well taken care of when I bring it to them.
