They cheated my wife and unauthorized work They estimated a spark plug change at $150 when they knew it would well over $400. They performed a rear differential service that was not authorised and then tried to tell me that they authorised it in a text. When I read the texts, there was no indication of request or authorisation. The service agent and manager are both dishonest and tried to cheat my wife. I’ve recovered the cost of the differential but will be seeking additional recovery for the defrauding in the estimate. More
