Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

Warranty issue I usually take my Chrysler to Palmer Dodge for routine maintenance like oil changes, etc. However, this is the second warranty issue that they have c I usually take my Chrysler to Palmer Dodge for routine maintenance like oil changes, etc. However, this is the second warranty issue that they have covered for me in the years that I have owned my car. The Service Dept. is always very busy when I have been there, but someone attends to me quickly and efficiently. I was told that my repairs would take 3-4 days, but I actually got my car back within 48 hours, which was a great surprise. When I picked up my car, I noticed that someone had handwritten on the invoice "AC does not work", which shocked me b/c the AC was working great when I brought in the car. James Hickman, Service Foreman, personally drove the car back into the service bay to check it out immediately, and in fact, there was a hose that had not been reconnected. That is the only reason that I can't rate the Quality of Work a (5) because that is something that should not have happened. The prices charged by any dealership, including Palmer, are significantly higher than other local mechanics, but I appreciate the special pricing on oil changes, which encourages regular maintenance, and keeps me coming back to Palmer Dodge. More

It was understood that I was going to have to leave my car with them for the weekend, so they provided me with a vehicle so I could cater to personal business without any hassle. Hiram and the Express Team are amazing very time when I go in for an oil change and tire rotation, Hiram is there and ready to support his customers. Routine Maintenance + Extras I made a service appointment with Dawn Bresko and she did an absolutely outstanding job start to finish. Her customer service is excellent and I would come back solely because of her. I dropped my car off for service and they happened to be out of rental cars. She had Enterprise come pick me up from the dealership, which was very convenient. Even though the service took longer than expected on my car, Dawn assured me that my rental fees were going to be covered which was honestly a deciding factor for me. They also have a text messaging service when you drop your car off for service, which is super convenient during the work day to check status and ask/answer questions. All in all, if you're looking to make an appointment here - ask for Dawn, because she's the gold standard at this place. More
