1990 Dodge D150 Thomas Pappas and Eddie in the Service department were instrumental in putting my 1990 D150 back on the road. Eddie and Thomas took as a personal mission to put my Dad's old truck back on the road. Eddie had all the old school equipment to read the binary codes to discover an ignition timing, ignition circuit and ignition coil firing problem. I told them to not spend more than 500 dollars unless we have an issue with the camshaft and distributor....It is very refreshing for them to say....it was not needed yet. Unbelievable...Eddie tweaked the engine and the idle control valve. Installed a new ignition coil and adjusted the distributor. It is running so smoothly...it is hard to hear it idle....fantastic job!!! More

Warranty issue I usually take my Chrysler to Palmer Dodge for routine maintenance like oil changes, etc. However, this is the second warranty issue that they have c I usually take my Chrysler to Palmer Dodge for routine maintenance like oil changes, etc. However, this is the second warranty issue that they have covered for me in the years that I have owned my car. The Service Dept. is always very busy when I have been there, but someone attends to me quickly and efficiently. I was told that my repairs would take 3-4 days, but I actually got my car back within 48 hours, which was a great surprise. When I picked up my car, I noticed that someone had handwritten on the invoice "AC does not work", which shocked me b/c the AC was working great when I brought in the car. James Hickman, Service Foreman, personally drove the car back into the service bay to check it out immediately, and in fact, there was a hose that had not been reconnected. That is the only reason that I can't rate the Quality of Work a (5) because that is something that should not have happened. The prices charged by any dealership, including Palmer, are significantly higher than other local mechanics, but I appreciate the special pricing on oil changes, which encourages regular maintenance, and keeps me coming back to Palmer Dodge. More

I came in as a walk in with concerns about a service message that had popped up on my dash. They took my car in right away and Luis took very good care of me. It was understood that I was going to have to leave my car with them for the weekend, so they provided me with a vehicle so I could cater to personal business without any hassle. The staff was very comforting and acknowledged me by my first name without a hint of hesitation, even after only meeting me once or twice beforehand. Luis was helpful and efficient and gave me peace of mind that he had in under control at no cost to me. He gave me a courtesy car and within 36 hours the problem was fixed and I was back in the Jeep.
