We test drove a car and two days later purchased a car from this dealership. I didn't realize how far Hyundai had come from the Hyundai Excel in the 80's. MANAGER BOBBY HENSELL WAS RUDE AND NASTY TO THE CUSTOMERS TALK VERY NASTY TO YOU, HE DON'T HONOR HIS AGREEMENTS WITH THE CUSTOMER WHEN HE PROMISE YOU THINGS HE DON'T KEEP HIS WORD AND THEN GOES AND CANCEL EVERYTHING THAT HE GIVES YOU AND DENY IT TO YOUR FACE. I COULD RIGHT A BOOK ON THIS BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD, I AM SO VERY UPSET AND DISTRIBUTE ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION, I COULD SAY MORE BECAUSE IT GETS WORSE, THERE IS SO MUCH MORE I SAY ABOUT THE SITUATION. Great 1st time experience I actually went in there taking a chance and hoping it worked out for me.My 1st time ever buying a car from a actual lot my credit is way less than pe I actually went in there taking a chance and hoping it worked out for me.My 1st time ever buying a car from a actual lot my credit is way less than perfect but when I tell you God was looking out for me I dealt with Raymond he was Absolutely AMAZING if you are in the car buying business ask for Raymond he does his job like most car lots all they see if you money but Raymond wanted me to have what I wanted which I was not able to get but ONLY because I wanted my notes to be in a certain range but he was able to get me in a suv when I went hoping I would come out with at least a car I got a suv and he got my notes in the range I ask for he was so helpful. He wanted me to be happy if you shop there ask for Raymond and tell him Angela sent you he was awesome!!!
