Excellent Service Excellent Car I took my husband in to test drive the Tuscon because I had my choice narrowed down to 3 vehicles, one of them being the Tuscon. We went home that night and I decided that I had to have that car. Mike was the salesman, and he was the perfect mixture of informative and helpful, but NOT pushy in any way. Nothing is more discouraging than a pushy salesman. So, we came back the next morning and purchased the car with mike. I LOVE my car!!! More
Extremely disappointing This isn't directly against the dealership, but more against the online service scheduling system. I scheduled my car for work about 2 weeks out due This isn't directly against the dealership, but more against the online service scheduling system. I scheduled my car for work about 2 weeks out due to my work schedule. The system offered me time slots and I selected one. When I arrived for my appointment, I learned the service center did not know of my appointment until the day of and so had double booked the time slot. Additionally, as this was for recalls, I learned there was inadequate time set aside to complete the repairs. I ended up wasting 2 hours of time, time off from work, and still got nothing done. If you offer online scheduling, it must be integrated into your system. If you have known work, include information about how long the work will take when arranging my appointment. There's no excuse to give me an appointment and me find out it will take 3.5 hours to complete only once I arrive. Take 30 seconds to look at the workload and CALL ME if there's not time. (This last part IS for the service department. ) More

Great experience. Mike was great. He helped me locate the vehicle I was looking for and kept in communication while we awaited for it to arrive from port. On the day Mike was great. When I arrived he had it waiting out front. The paperwork process was seamless and I was out driving in about and hour and a half. More
