Good Hyundai service It was my first service on my new car. I needed only to have my driver’s side lock/unlock button checked because it was not working at all. They changed my oil and other services but I did not request this because I had already had this done on my own two weeks before. It was great service but I waited a while on a service that I didn’t request. They had to order a replacement part that will have to be installed on another visit. More

When we found out about it the next day we went to them to try to fix it they got pissed when we told them they tricked her in to getting the car. As we are leaving i told every one there not to buy from them they will rip you off especially elders that's when Bobby Hensel rushed down and started to shove me i told him not to push me again and he said ill push you all i want and dnd push me again this guy was huge not fat but muscle i thought he was going to hit me We mad it out side then i called 911. We tried to call the loan company but the phone number that was on the contract was to a phone sex line that's sick and seems like a scam to me. My mother in law is 69 and gets confuse they told her its was 206$ a months for 2 years that was a lie it's 306$ for 5 years and its not 7k miles it was 70k mile on a 2018 this company is ripping elderly off she cant pay for it and now she will have no car from what they did to her. When I arrived at the dealership my Tuscon was ready for me to take possession. All I needed was to sign the paper work. Edward McMurphy Tin the finance department explained the information to me and very efficient in processing. A few days after the sale I had some follow up questions concerning some of the Tucson electronic functions and licensing. Mike is very knowledgeable about the Hyundai product and answered all my questions completely. I drove from another state to do business with Palmers Airport Hyundai and was glad I did.
