OIL CHANGE Quick, friendly, the kids were happy and had something to do. Chaos and popcorn I’m sure the servicing of my vehicle was fine, but my overall experience at Palmers was not as positive as it usually is. First, my usual service advi I’m sure the servicing of my vehicle was fine, but my overall experience at Palmers was not as positive as it usually is. First, my usual service advisor Donna (who is great) was not around, and I couldn’t seem to find out why. I prefer dealing with her. The waiting area was packed, and I had no place to sit. The entire dealership smelled of popcorn, and I found it nauseating it was so strong. I asked my husband to come get me so I wouldn’t have to stay there. When I called back later about picking up my car, I was put on hold 4 times as no one in service picked up. More
