Poor customer service I made 8 oclock appt to have an idling and lack of power problem and oil change. Was only day off so only day to do this. Dropped it off was told i have no warranty on car because bought used even tho my sales person told me when i bought it that I did. Then never heard from anyone all day I called at 3 and Kevin said let me go check and call back. He said he hasn't even started looking at what I brought it in for 7 hours earlier. Called back hour and half later told me he needed to keep it overnight so he can drive it cold in the morning. I asked fpr a courtesy car he said can't do that. I asked what am i suppose to do Then he says well he really didn't find anything so we can just put it back together and i can come get it. So that is what i have to do. I come get it and he told me also there wasn't enough gas to reallu drive it Well why didn't he tell me that earlier I could have got him gas instead that was ok for him to just not check out the problem. Whem i get in car the maintenance setting on car had not been reset nor a new sticker put on it. I don't really care about sticker but could have at least wiped th old adhesive off the windshield from old one they pulled off. So overall not happy And normally at least they used to vacuum it i thought. Well not this time. Guess just gonna have to trade in car for a new one with warranty and make sure I don't get scammed.by salesperson But it won't be a Hyundai More

He was quick to introduce himself and ask how my day was going. Impressive! I told him exactly what I was looking for and he proceeded to educate me on the Kona, then set up a test drive. I love it the Kona and it exceeded my expectations. Mr. Westry continued to educate me about the Kona as we drove. He did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable to be a woman in a dealership. It was an excellent experience and I would definitely do business with him again. Mr. Westry was a stellar Sales Associate and an an asset to the Palmer's Hyundai Family. Raymond's Great! I went to Palmer's to drive a used car. I was assigned to Raymond, who could tell I wasn't thrilled with the car. He asked, "What do you really want I went to Palmer's to drive a used car. I was assigned to Raymond, who could tell I wasn't thrilled with the car. He asked, "What do you really want?" I replied, "I'd really like a Sonata, but I can't afford one." He told me he felt I could not only afford a Sonata, but a brand new one! He ran in and got a quote from Bobby to prove it. I really appreciate Raymond using the numbers to show me that a new Sonata was within my reach instead of putting on a high-pressure pitch. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was happy. Palmer's even let me try out 2 cars overnight (1 for a whole weekend), and would have let me try more if I had wanted to. If the service department is as good as my sales experience, I will probably only buy a car from Palmer's in the future, and I plan to recommend Palmer's, and Raymond, to all I know interested in a new or used vehicle. More
