I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Didn’t have to haggle or spend 5 hours in a waiting room to get the price I was looking for at all. I chose Mike Booth based on reviews and I wasn’t disappointed.....Mike was extremely knowledgeable, This was my first visit to any Hyundai dealership. I chose Mike Booth based on reviews and I wasn’t disappointed.....Mike was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and pretty much on top of everything...he created a very good experience in the test drive and even went with me to my wife’s office to let her drive....we chose a new 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate which was a nicer SUV than what I expected....and we got a decent deal on it!...We drove over to Fairhope for dinner the night we got it and had an awesome first excursion! Mike called the next day to make sure all was good....I told him after the first 100 miles I actually like the Santa Fe even better! I really can’t imagine any vehicle could have more technology than this automobile....now I just have to learn how to use it all...Thanks Mike More

Not sure what I got or when to come back I asked for full synthetic oil and was told my oil change would be about $60. I needed a new engine filter that was about $30. My total bill came to about $60, so I’m not sure that I got the oil i paid for. My “next oil change” sticker was not replaced nor was the service updates in my car’s calendar. It is still reminding me that I need a service in a few hundred miles. More
