They Dropped the Ball I ordered the part before we scheduled a date to complete the service. I was told that if I had't heard from them within 5 business days to give them I ordered the part before we scheduled a date to complete the service. I was told that if I had't heard from them within 5 business days to give them a call. After 7 business days I gave them a call and my part was in. We scheduled a date for service. I brought my car in at 7am and was told they would call me when my car was ready. I hadn't heard anything all day so I called them at 4pm. They acted confused and not aware of the work that was to be done. They said they would check on my car and put me on hold. After 15 minutes of being on hold I hung up. I drove to the dealership to see if my car was ready. When I arrived they told me that they had dropped the ball and forgot about my car. They said they were currently working on it and it would be ready in about 30 minutes. They did apologize for the delay. They did call me when my car was ready. Forgetting about my car was one thing but then putting me on hold and not telling me that they forgot was very unprofessional in my opinion. More
