Replace a part that was broken. When I bought my SUV the cover behind my rear view mirror was broken. It was removed & ordered. I waited 2 weeks & heard nothing. When I called On a Monday I was told it was there so I made a appointment for Friday at 9:00 and was told it would take 2 hours. When I got there I was told I didn’t have an appointment. Instead of 2 hours I returned 6 hours later & still had to wait 15 more minutes for it to be finished. Tyler was very helpful with going ahead & getting me in & bringing my SUV out to me. More
