Questions I specifically asked that my tires be checked. I had to get a new one while on an trip almost 2 months ago, and that tire has consistently been one to I specifically asked that my tires be checked. I had to get a new one while on an trip almost 2 months ago, and that tire has consistently been one to two lbs lower than the other three. I checked tire pressure as I left the dealership, and it was still one lb low, 32/31, to 33/32 after a few minutes driving. If they didn't check the tires as requested and stated, what else did they not do? Is 32 normal drive-out pressure? I spent almost three hours there for a one hour oil change. They had mixed up my phone numbers in the database and called my home while I was in the dealership waiting area, and only made one attempt to find me (the only 5 minutes that I was out of the waiting room.) And, one would think that after I have checked in a few times, and paid with my credit card a few times, you could get my name correct. More

Fuel pump issues. We had our Santa Fe towed to a local mechanic who came to the realization that they were not able to diagnose our issue. The issue was found, recalls were repaired, oil was changed, and all service indicators were reset and ready for the road. This is a new car to us and it will see all its' service history made there!
