Tried to rip me off I went in for an oil change. I was told that the tires would be checked to see if they needed rotating. Towards the end of my service Donna came to th I went in for an oil change. I was told that the tires would be checked to see if they needed rotating. Towards the end of my service Donna came to the waiting area and told me my tires did not need rotating, they had the same wear and my car would be ready shortly. I did not see her anymore after that. About 15 minutes later another service person came out and told me that the technician recommended a tire rotation, balance and that my cabin and engine filters needed changing. I told him that I was already told I did not need a rotation and that my car was fine. He was shocked. He kept questioning the fact that Donna had already spoken with me. Thank God she did. I felt like this man was trying to rip me off. The filters really did not look bad either. The cabin filter look like the debris could have been shaken out and the filter could be put back in the car. I didn't catch his name, it is probably on my sales slip. People cannot afford to be cheated! More

Fantastic Dealership - You're Treated Like Family Wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a new car! In my 24 years of driving Hyundai's this has to be the best dealership yet. Everyone is friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a new car! In my 24 years of driving Hyundai's this has to be the best dealership yet. Everyone is friendly. They treat you like family. Always eager to please. I always have my Hyundai serviced at the dealership. Everyone greets me by name and every department does it's best to please. From sales to service and parts. Palmer's is the fifth Mobile Hyundai dealership I have dealt with over the years and is by far the best. Kudo's to the service and parts department. Every individual in these areas go out of they're way to see yhat you are taken care of when service time comes around. Too many names to mention or remember but keep up the good work!!
