When you go in and want to buy a car, they offer you the world, but once you leave with your new car they don't care who you are anymore. We bought three (3) cars from them on the same day and now I've been trying to speak to someone regarding a refund they owe us and no one seems to know anything or they just don't pick up the phone. I've left numerous telephone and cellphone voice messages for Larry Diaz, Maggie Diaz, Mariana, Brandy Herndon and no one has had the courtesy to call me back. The worst experience ever! They ruined my credit!!! On 12/22/2013 my dad wanted to purchase a car to find out his credit was not good to do so. The financial officer at Palmetto 57 Nissan asked if I cou On 12/22/2013 my dad wanted to purchase a car to find out his credit was not good to do so. The financial officer at Palmetto 57 Nissan asked if I could be a co-signer, I said I could, but he then asked my dad for a big down payment and supposedly was going to use his credit. They asked for my personal/social information “just in case”. I asked the person taking my information NOT to run my credit without my authorization, to please let me know when they were about to do so. A few minutes later, the financial officer printed out my credit report and I almost passed out. They didn’t let me know! And he said, your credit is not good, you don’t have a car in your credit report. That’s something I could have answered without them having to run my credit! My dad drove off with the car that day after giving a big down payment. A few days later, they requested my dad to come back and pay the rest IN CASH! These people are definitely crooks. My credit score dropped 70 points because of this inquiry so I checked my credit report and find out that they not only ran it once from their office but twice. the second time they did with another company on 12/27/2013. They have the worst costumer service, all they want is to screw you over! More
