They both made my visit an absolute pleasure and I am so glad that the people I recommended to purchase from actually bought their vehicle here , They have come back with similar stories so I know it is NOT JUST ME that they treat with professionalism and courtesy, I didnot find out till I was ready to leave that the guy named Eric was the Service Manager, I drive a 2004 Sentra and they treated me like a drove up in the Armada ! No predujice just good business skills focusing on EVERY CUSTOMER , No matter how big or small the job , Anderson was right there for me and I will always be loyal to being a Esserman customer for life ! Bernie really took the time with me to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. Being a single mom it was a big step for me to buy a new car.
