In any of the negotiations Dave and team were always fair and changed my hard-wired stereotypes of how a typical dealership operates. Once we came to an agreement, Dave maintained frequent contact to relay status dates. A few days prior to picking up, I was able get all the paperwork out of the way in approximately 30 minutes. Finally, when I picked up my truck, I was shown every technical detail about the truck. I'm a computer engineer and I need help to quickly understand the SYNC system.
