Ecstatic I called the Ford I usually take my car to and they couldn’t get me in soon enough since I was hesitant to drive around with a check engine light. I m I called the Ford I usually take my car to and they couldn’t get me in soon enough since I was hesitant to drive around with a check engine light. I made an appointment, and then make the excellent decision to contact Palmetto Ford. I was put on the line with John who had a pleasant phone voice (meaning he didn’t sound rushed or irritated) who assured me I was making the right decision and promptly scheduled me an appointment. He also asked a crucial question...were any of the lights blinking (I had two warning lights on). I told him no and he said that was a good thing which set my mind at ease and taught me something about my car. I met with John and requested an oil change, he told me that it was covered in my plan to get three free plus a tire rotation. I called and left a voicemail which was promptly return and when they figured out the issue John called to tell me and gave me an estimated time of completion. He had taken the liberty of washing my car as well. THIS is a perfect example to show why I bought a new car, and why I bought a FORD. Thanks John! -Ericka P More

Not a lot of integrity there I came in for an oil change under maintenance plan and need brakes. Great, timely service Bob and Greg were awesome. Greg set up my appointment but Bob took over once I arrived. Bob listened to me carefully as I told him the minor issue I h Bob and Greg were awesome. He also listened when I asked him NOT to wash my car as I prefer to handwash it. The minor issue with my car was fixed the first time and my service was completed successfully in a timely manor. He also guided me to the checkout desk to complete the deal. More
Dealer Maybe - Ford NO Bought my Focus new in 2012. Have performed routine maintenance on schedule. 3 years and 60K miles later they entire fuel system and gas tank had to Bought my Focus new in 2012. Have performed routine maintenance on schedule. 3 years and 60K miles later they entire fuel system and gas tank had to be replaced and Ford covered ZERO. $3000+ for that one. Over the Past 2 weeks I’ve spent another $2200 for purge valve and new catalytic converter (and again, Ford offered to do nothing). This was my first, and will be my last Ford. Cudos to Andrew for going to bat for me and trying to do the right thing, but your hands were tied. This is why we have two Toyota’s and a Honda in our driveway! More
