John Mount is a top notch Service Advisor at Palmetto Ford. John Mount gave first rate service at this location. My Ford F-150 needed an oil change and a maintenance check up, and Mr. Mount was more than helpfu John Mount gave first rate service at this location. Great staff John Mount has continued to give us great service since purchasing our vehicle. We've had on going issues with the collision sensors. Even though we h John Mount has continued to give us great service since purchasing our vehicle. We've had on going issues with the collision sensors. Even though we have taken video of the issues while they are occurring, we've been told because they cannot be duplicated at the dealership; therefore, there is nothing that will be done. This is extremely frustrating for a $50k vehicle that is 1.5 years old. It makes it difficult to use the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty to justify the purchase of a new vehicle. More

Horrible experience I took my car in for a recall and they ended up breaking my automatic starter.
