Bob is my go-to advisor. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As well is the rest of the team. I love the personalized service and attention I receive whenever I need to go there. Having the same advisor is something that I appreciate. It offers a higher level of piece of mind that you and your car are in good hands. White glove service all the way. I can't say enough positive things about them. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!! Mr. John was GREAT! I couldn't have asked for a better service writer to help me with my vehicle concerns! I dropped my vehicle off with John in the b Mr. John was GREAT! I couldn't have asked for a better service writer to help me with my vehicle concerns! I dropped my vehicle off with John in the beginning of the week, and he called me the same day with a diagnoses! This was very, VERY impressive to me because I work at a Dealership as well, in Mr. Johns position and if I had a client come in with out an appointment with similar concerns that I had, there is no way I could get the vehicle looked at the same day. When I arrived Mr. John set the correct expectation by letting me know that he would have to address his appointments first, as I understood! This was great example of customer service! I am more than pleased with my service with Palmetto Ford, & Mr. John! Way to go Mr. Mount!!!!!!! If I am ever in a situation with my vehicle again, I will definitely be coming back to see him! Above & Beyond I inadvertently took my Charleston County issued Ford Fusion in for a recall to Palmetto Ford (I had an appointment with another Ford dealer).
