John Mount provided us with great customer service and he and all technicians gave us honest and accurate information of what needed to be done. Very approachable and friendly! We arrived at 8:30 am and explained our scenario of being in the area for only a short time. They were able to service our bus that day, and it was ready before they had predicted! Now we have fresh new oil and two new front tires, to get us through the remainder of our travels before our group makes their way home to Uganda and two others drive the bus to its home in Washington state! I had follow up issues and Jim always handled everything professionally and speedily. I could not more highly recommend Jim and would not hesitate to work with him in the future. This incident was especially difficult for me since my husband had recently died and I did not feel confident in decision making, and was also extremely tired. Jim made me feel like I didn't need to worry about anything and took the responsibility off my shoulders without even knowing my current situation. Disagreement on when problem occurred I brought my car in that was still under warranty due to electrical issues. We had noticed the keypad blinking and that would cause a short and kill t I brought my car in that was still under warranty due to electrical issues. We had noticed the keypad blinking and that would cause a short and kill the battery. Brought the car in to Palmetto Ford told them them the problem. They later called to say the key pad was cracked and that was the issue and therefore would not be covered under warranty. We had not noticed a crack in the keypad prior to bringing in the car, which in itself is surprising as it had been blinking and we thought that was the issue. Then I was told that the crack was noticed during the walk around when I brought the car in, yet they forgot to mention it. Considering that was the reason the car was brought in I don't understand how this was not mentioned. More

Bad Experience turned Delightful I backed too closely out of my daughter's garage and broke my side view mirror. I was petrified to drive as I was afraid to make a right turn when I I backed too closely out of my daughter's garage and broke my side view mirror. I was petrified to drive as I was afraid to make a right turn when I depend on that mirror. Jim ( One of the three Jims that works there ) had to order the mirror. Luckily it came in right when he said it would. I had the attention of several service men while one of the Jims snapped the mirror in place quickly. They made me feel less foolish for having such an accident. The whole experience at Palmetto Ford was quick and easy and I got a free car wash as well. Everyone there gives 200%!! More
