Bruce did an amazing job introducing me to the car-buying process. He was able to relate to my situation almost immediately and took very good care of myself and my family during our visit. Bruce laid out a few options and maintained a high quality of professionalism. He and Mitra seem to make a great team. I spent nearly 5 hours negotiating with Mitra. I was sick with a fever and congestion/headache and still Mitra was as attentive as when we first met. Mitra understood where I needed to be financially and came up with a deal that I felt would not be offered any where else. Bruce of course continued to be a great mediator between the test-driving and talks with Mitra. They both made me feel as family in the end. I could go on about my most positive experience at Esserman Nissan. Overall, my time there was fantastic and I hope to return when the time comes for another vehicle/upgrade. I've been promoting their services ever since leaving with my new car. Hopefully someone else will be privileged to have met Mitra and Bruce. More

Overall, we had mostly a pleasant experience at this dealer.However, nothing is perfect. The final selling price in the Itemization of the Amount Financed was higher than what I had previously agreed wi dealer.However, nothing is perfect. This staff was honest with me as far as what I wanted but more importantly, what I could afford. Initially I wanted the 2010 Nissan Murano which I knew I couldn't afford but was convinced that the 2010 Altima was the best choice for me financially speaking. Had I been at another dealership I'm sure they would have made the deal work with the Murano but because of the payment, I would have end losing it because I couldn't afford it. As a customer purchasing my first new vehicle I can appreciate the honest and straight forwardness of the staff.
