Mr. Ullysse was able to get me into the site, but we both were not sure where to go from there, so he called Ms. Dyshawn Rigby who walked us through the entire process. She make it seem soooooo easy. I stopped by after work to get a oil change and brake pad check and was trying to figure out what to do while waiting but ,to my dismay, the manager,Eric greeted me witha haNDSHAKE AND SMILE , and I just k check and was trying to figure out what to do while waiting but ,to my dismay, the manager,Eric greeted me witha haNDSHAKE AND SMILE , and I just knew he was going to try to sell me somnething , but I felt he was truly genuine with addressing my concerns for today,s visit , He was very knowledgeable and offered price effective suggestions that were very appealing , My service advisor, Anderson, was very helpful in resolving my concerns about my tire pressure . They both made my visit an absolute pleasure and I am so glad that the people I recommended to purchase from actually bought their vehicle here , They have come back with similar stories so I know it is NOT JUST ME that they treat with professionalism and courtesy, I didnot find out till I was ready to leave that the guy named Eric was the Service Manager, I drive a 2004 Sentra and they treated me like a drove up in the Armada ! No predujice just good business skills focusing on EVERY CUSTOMER , No matter how big or small the job , Anderson was right there for me and I will always be loyal to being a Esserman customer for life !
