My experience at Esserman Nissan was fairly pleasant but I would not say perfect. From the date I purchased my vechile, I had to go back twice in order to pick up my spare keys & a copy of the paperwork I I would not say perfect. I choose this Dealer because my mom purchased a Nissan Murano about 1 yr ago & the Sales person Michael Robinson was great, aside from that we trust Nissan vehicles. As we walked in the door we noticed Michael & Chris A. greeting us we were surprised & recognized who Chris was immediately (gentleman from the advertising commercials). I advised them that I was interested in purchasing a vehicle that was not too expensive as I was on a budget & didn't have a ll day to be toyed around with because I was preparing a party at home & needed to leave by a certain time. Immediately Mike asked me if there was a vehicle that I already had in mind & I told him yes since I had been doing my homework all week. I advised him of the Sentra SR but needed the price to be a little better then what I had seen it for. Too make a long story I was out of there by 3pm. I got a great price Mike & Chris made sure that the Financing guy did everything possible to make this a smmoth deal.. I was extremely satisfied & happy. I would recommend them to anyone!!! More
