I was told the oil change was $109 but was not told about the extra fees such as buying the supply from the shop. If I’m getting an oil change from you that should be in the $109 price. I would kindly suggest considering a different option, as they do not uphold their promises, even when documented. My wife and I recently purchased a 2024 Atlas from them, only to find that the windshield is they do not uphold their promises, even when documented. My wife and I recently purchased a 2024 Atlas from them, only to find that the windshield is cracked and a duplicate key is required. Despite our written agreement, they have yet to order a new key or arrange for a replacement of the windshield. Despite numerous calls, emails, and my own efforts, there has been no resolution. I would respectfully recommend you to consider Gunther or Vista as an alternative. More
