I leased an EOS in 2008, and was sold a wear and tear policy by Fitzgerald, the finance manager. I returned the vehicle in May 2011. I was told I had 2 tirs that were not acceptable and owed $360. In Jun policy by Fitzgerald, the finance manager. I returned the vehicle in May 2011. I was told I had 2 tirs that were not acceptable and owed $360. In June, I filed a claim with Nation Warranty Corp, NAS. Several weeks later, NAS contacted me and claimed that Esserman had never paid them for the wear and tear policy, eventhough I have my signed copy. I went around with Esserman for months and months. Later I was told that even though I have a signed policy with NAS I actualy had the policy with another company, National Adjustment. When I filed the claim with the new compnay, they never admitted I had a policy, they just said it was deneied becaused I had filed it more than 30 days from the date I turned in the vehicle. Off course it was more than 30 days, but to no avail. I GET NO satisfaction from the dealer or VW corporate. The customer service stinks, no one returns calls and in all honesty my EOS was a piece of junk. More

I have purchased 17 cars in my lifetime, I have dealt with GM, Mercedes, Toyota, Mazda and Hyndai but I have never ever been treated so royally as they did at Esserman VW. The sales person, Mr. Antonio ( with GM, Mercedes, Toyota, Mazda and Hyndai but I have never ever been treated so royally as they did at Esserman VW. The sales person, Mr. Antonio (Tony)Cantu is the very best car salesperson that I have met in my life and Mr. Edgar Ramirez, the Finance Manager went out of his way to be helpful and friendly before, during and after the process. I have never had the features of a car explained to me with such detail and friendliness as Tony did today. On a scale of one to ten they deserve a ten and a half. When was the last time you laughed most of the time you were doing the financial paperwork, yet felt absolutely confident in what was presented to you? I'd been given a recommendation to a specific salesman at another VW dealership, and actually had gone to Esserman just to see the color of the model I was originally considering. However, Tony was so good, both as a salesman and in understanding me, he earned not only my business this time, but my unqualified recommendation and loyalty for the future. As a top salesperson myself (in travel), I know when I'm getting "sold" and when I'm working with someone who will partner with me to do what's right for me and put me first. Tony is that kind of person. Both Tony and Maria and the entire team at Esserman made this deal work, and have made me very happy. My experience at Esserman was great. This is my third VW and it won't be my last. Martin and Maria were very helpful and knowlegeable. Martin had so much patience as I was very indecisive.
