Our experience at Esserman was above excellent. We were recommended to see Tony as he was one of the best sale consultants who truly cares about his customers. He took his time to explain each and every de recommended to see Tony as he was one of the best sale consultants who truly cares about his customers. He took his time to explain each and every detail about the cars we were interested in and he let us test drive it "as if it was my own car". We felt comfortable speaking with him and even so sold us the car we were really looking for. Tony was more of a friend than a sales consultant. He had the full 411 on Volkswagon's company and its vehicles. It has been five days since we bought the car and we could not be any happier with the way it drives, rides on fuel and the great exterior look it has. Tony deserves recognition for his excellent peoples skills and honesty. Mitra was our finance consultant who came back after leaving for the day to assist us in completing the paper work and finances. He researched the best price he can offer us and it met our expectations. Derric assisted us in getting the best deal for the fully loaded GTI. Overall experience was above excellent and it exceeded our expectations leaving us happy and satisfied with our investment. I reccommend everyone to see Tony as he does an amazing job at explaining details about each car. If you are not sure of what you are looking for you will not leave the dealer empty handed. I only went to see the cars , I was not ready to get it the day I went. I left the dealer driving my new GTI. The service at Esserman was spectacular!! I had been shopping around for a week and no one even came close to the service or price I received here.
