My sunroof drains experienced a meltdown out-of-warranty. Jose Luis, my service advisor, and Rolando Sanchez, the service manager, helped me with a rental car and kept me posted with repair updates. Their skilled service tech removed my entire headliner and all interior trim above the doors to repair my sunroof drains. Amazingly, the car doesn't have any rattles and the light beige headliner and all interior upholstery looks like new even after the exhaustive work performed by the technician. Best of all, they worked with VW Customer CARE to provide me with payment assistance for the repair. When I returned with a blown fuse for my dome lights a few days later, Pablo replaced it free of charge and the service manager who was off for the day saw me entering the dealership from the highway and called to check if everything was okay. That's the kind of service that's hard to find these days. Esserman VW is not the closest dealership to me, but they have shown a level of service above and beyond any other dealerships I've been to, making it worth the extra miles to get there. With more reviews on this site than any other VW dealer in the South Florida area, there's good reason they rate so highly! Thanks, Esserman VW!!! More
The people who work there have no customer service skills. Every time I go there I get treated badly and they try to rip me off. They wanted me to call my insurance company and have them pay for an axle replacement and kept asking me if I was sure I had never been in an accident. Another time they put the wrong blinker light (a left blinker light on the right side) in my car and gave me an attitude when I went to complain about their service. Sadly I choose to go again when my window broke and I went to get it fixed as an emergency. Daisy Zabala asked me if i had an appointment and I told her no, that it had just happened and that I couldn't leave my car without a window because it might get robbed or damaged by rain. She insisted that I had to make an appointment, another service consultant was able to help me. Mind you, my car is still under warranty. I will never go back there, even if I have to drive 30 miles to go another VW. The worst service consultant is Daisy Zabala, if you decide to go there after reading this review ,at least ask for someone else if she approaches you. More

At the parts, I went to buy a new battery for my car key alarm and the guy sold me the battery but nobody help me to put it on so I change it by myself and it didn't work, he told me "oh I don't think that a new battery it's the solution" and he leave and told me "have a nice day". I have a 2009 VW Jetta with 25,000 miles (still under warranty). I cannot express how much I regret purchasing this car. There is absolutely no sense of urgency and they provide VERY POOR customer service. My most recent visit was today (July 18, 2011). I dropped off my car for repairs; this time it was for the air conditioning malfunctioning. After dropping off the car at 8:00am sharp, I was told they would be calling a shuttle to take me back to work while they look into the issue. Long story short, after over an hour of waiting for the shuttle I requested my car back and express to the Service Adviser (Pablo) how disappointed I was with the lack of customer service. He quietly returned my keys and told me to have a nice day. It was an obvious “no skin off my back” attitude. Today was the last straw. I will NEVER step foot in any Esserman VW dealership again! I will never purchase another VW period! I DO NOT recommend Esserman VW for any type of service. More

When filling out the survey, I was in a hurry, misunderstood some of the questions and was hasty in my answers. Daisy is the reason why I continue to be your customer. She is loyal, concerned about the work that is performed on my car, and to speak honestly, I feel as if she does not "rip me off." It is difficult to find people of integrity in this business when I, frankly speaking, no nothing about auto mechanics. I sincerely would like to take this opportunity to express my apologies to Daisy for mistakenly representing her and her work in an unfair light. I wish I could take the survey again and give her all 10s. I will be submitting a written letter to you reiterating what is included in this email to be included in Daisy's file, for I believe she should be applauded for being one of the best, if not the best, service advisor employed by Esserman VW. Esserman VW is the only place we will go to anymore for service and parts. They have excellent customer service, we know the work gets done, and we have never found them being dishonest. He has gone above and beyond to make sure my husband and I are satisfied. We drive from Kendall all the way up there just for oil changes! They actually want to keep their customers happy! And they have kept us happy for sure! More

I have had Volkswagen since 2003 from Esserman Volkswagen and 2007 I bought a Nissan Quest from Essermsn Nissan and the quality of work and friends. I went to Esserman Volkswagen on a Saturday late in the day in order to have my 2010 Jetta Sportwagen TDI serviced. The 20,000 mile service was due, and unfortunately I never have time. I work a 70 hour day in order to have my 2010 Jetta Sportwagen TDI serviced. The 20,000 mile service was due, and unfortunately I never have time. I work a 70 hour week, and maintain a family, and household so my time is precious. I met with Rolando Sanchez who told me that his team didn't have time to perform the service that day, but then told me he could keep the my car at the dealer, and perform the service on Monday. Rolando then provided a loaner vehicle so I could continue to run errands, and get on with my day. My car was serviced, and returned to me as promised. I love Esserman they treat me like family, and respect my limited time. Adam More
