I cannot begin to explain how displeased I am with this Esserman Volkswagen!
This was the dealership I had first gone to when I was considering a new lease, but the customer service was so bad I went to Esserman International. In fact, when there was a special on the 2013 CC (I did not know there was a special & found out the next day on a TV commercial), they were giving me an even more difficult time with the pricing which was quoted at a MUCH MORE higher price than what was being advertised.
My new car was just towed to this Esserman Volkswagen due to engine issues as it was the closest dealership to my location last night. Since then, I have not received a single phone call regarding my car. I had to call several times to try and resolve the issue, and it wasn’t until I got really upset on the phone that they agreed to give me a loaner vehicle.
I know that "Beggars can't be choosers", but the loaner I was provided with was in poor condition on top of everything else. It is dirty, smells like cigarettes, and no one bothered to go over the specs with me as it is a completely different car model than what I leased.
The icing on the cake? I STILL have not heard about my car! No one could give me any information as to what went wrong, or how long it would be before I got my car back. I can honestly say, I will NOT return to Esserman Volkswagen in Miami Lakes EVER AGAIN!

Horrible customer servic,e the service manager had a terrible attitude and some lady named Daisy told me flatly you are out of warranty you have to spend some money it happens..i took my car here for the 30,000 service on my cc sport and some guy comes to me says the battery is dead we cant start the car...i replaced the battery 1 year ago but i wanted to see how far they... read more will take their lie..it never stopped i told them it was very suspicious what had happened and i was almost escorted out of the place..my lease is up in february..lets see what happens when they call me begging for my business dont ever set foot on this dealerships..shady at best.

they waited a monyh and a half to tell me what was wrong with my car, and then that they made me pay the repair they told me my card was still bad, while my card was in repair i had to rent another card, up that after so much waiting provided me one. At the beginning they tod me to fix my card would replace a week but everytime it colled didn't me answer

The people who work there have no customer service skills. Every time I go there I get treated badly and they try to rip me off. Once they tried to make be buy a new axle for my car after asking me a bunch of times if I was sure that I had never been in accident. They wanted me to call my insurance company and have them pay for an axle replacement and kept asking me if I was sure I had never been in an accident. Another time they put the wrong blinker light (a left blinker light on the right side) in my car and gave me an attitude when I went to complain about their service. Sadly I choose to go again when my window broke and I went to get it fixed as an emergency. Daisy Zabala asked me if i had an appointment and I told her no, that it had just happened and that I couldn't leave my car without a window because it might get robbed or damaged by rain. She insisted that I had to make an appointment, another service consultant was able to help me. Mind you, my car is still under warranty. I will never go back there, even if I have to drive 30 miles to go another VW. The worst service consultant is Daisy Zabala, if you decide to go there after reading this review ,at least ask for someone else if she approaches you.

I would like to take this opportunity to advise you that I have always been happy with Esserman VW and will continue to be a customer, especially because of the efforts of service advisor, Daisy Zabala (hopefully I am spelling her name right). When filling out the survey, I was in a hurry, misunderstood some of the questions and was hasty in my answers.
Daisy is the reason why I continue to be your customer. She is loyal, concerned about the work that is performed on my car, and to speak honestly, I feel as if she does not "rip me off." It is difficult to find people of integrity in this business when I, frankly speaking, no nothing about auto mechanics. I sincerely would like to take this opportunity to express my apologies to Daisy for mistakenly representing her and her work in an unfair light. I wish I could take the survey again and give her all 10s.
I will be submitting a written letter to you reiterating what is included in this email to be included in Daisy's file, for I believe she should be applauded for being one of the best, if not the best, service advisor employed by Esserman VW.

I brought my car in for 48,000 mile service. When I got my vehicle back, my check engine light was on. I had to bring my vehicle back FOUR times (the light kept coming back on) to finally get the problem corrected. They did provide me with a loaner, but I had to call the service manager and the general manager to get it approved. Now I'm having a problem again. I love my VW but since I brought it to Esserman VW I've had nothing but problems with it.
I would recommend avoiding this dealership's service department.
