I brought my car in for 48,000 mile service. When I got my vehicle back, my check engine light was on. I had to bring my vehicle back FOUR times (the light kept coming back on) to finally get the problem c my vehicle back, my check engine light was on. I had to bring my vehicle back FOUR times (the light kept coming back on) to finally get the problem corrected. They did provide me with a loaner, but I had to call the service manager and the general manager to get it approved. Now I'm having a problem again. I love my VW but since I brought it to Esserman VW I've had nothing but problems with it. I would recommend avoiding this dealership's service department. More

Exceptional service was provided to me by the service manager Rolando Sanchez and his service staff. I took in my vehicle at closing time and was greeted with a smile and gave me detailed explanation on manager Rolando Sanchez and his service staff. It Sucks that this is the closest VW dealership to where I live. They are really horrible and very dishonest. I took my car in for a recall to get the coilpacks replaced and they broke the line to my brake I live. They are really horrible and very dishonest. I took my car in for a recall to get the coilpacks replaced and they broke the line to my brake booster. They even went as far as to tell me that this is how I gave my car to them. So I had to drive home with basically no brakes but I took my car the next day to german car depot in hollywood the next (who are the same people who told me that the coil packs were bad but were covered by a recall so I had to go to the dealer). German Car Depot inspected my car and told me that the dealer (ESSERMAN VOLKSWAGEN) broke the hose to my brake booster. I rather drive the extra 20 mins to Gunther than to ever have to deal with Esserman again. More

I purchased my new CC a few months ago from Esserman Volkswagen. It was such a perfect experience! Martin Centeno was my sales person and I could not ask for a better experience!
