All the people at the dealership were friendly and ready to be of assistance. They had a good selection of vehicles to choose from and the price was comparable to other dealers. It was the trade they offered me for my car that impressed me. I had been given other trade prices that were just about half of what they offered. This is the second car I bought from this dealership, and I will probably come back when I want another one. One thing I suggest is that the sales people make sure they know just what vehicle was purchased and the correct equipment that will fit it. I am having a cover put on the bed of my pick-up and the incorrect size was given. A trip to have it installed was wasted, they had to order another one the correct size which means another trip there which is over 25 miles each way plus the time waiting for the second one to be shipped. Otherwise the experience was good. More

I had just exited my car and a woman salesperson, smiled and greeted me. She asked if she could help and I replied that I had an appointment. When I entered your building, a young man asked if he could ge and greeted me. She asked if she could help and I replied that I had an appointment. When I entered your building, a young man asked if he could get me coffee, soda or water and showed me to a chair to wait. Mark was very friendly, answered my questions in an understandable fashion, and directed me to cars that fit my budget and needs. After I had chosen the Mitsubishi, Don Lang came over to Mark's desk and assured me that it was a very good vehicle and should give me many miles. I really appreciated the fact that he made an effort to reassure me, as I have known Don and his family for years and greatly respect his opinion.
