Well, we came back, and I brought my mother-in-law. Once again the service was superb! Jason helped take care of all the details for my mother-in-law over the phone so after she made the 6 hour drive all she had to do was sign the papers. My wife and I made the 1 hour drive and looked at a few different cars we decided on a used Rav4. I highly recommend Jason and Palmiero Toyota to anyone. Jason has been super responsive and has a great sense of humor! I will send family and friends up that way in a heart beat! Even thought I have a Toyota dealer 6 min away, I will make the one hour drive anytime I need another vehicle! More

This is the second car I bought from this dealership, and I will probably come back when I want another one. One thing I suggest is that the sales people make sure they know just what vehicle was purchased and the correct equipment that will fit it. I am having a cover put on the bed of my pick-up and the incorrect size was given. A trip to have it installed was wasted, they had to order another one the correct size which means another trip there which is over 25 miles each way plus the time waiting for the second one to be shipped. Otherwise the experience was good. More
