I had just exited my car and a woman salesperson, smiled and greeted me. She asked if she could help and I replied that I had an appointment. When I entered your building, a young man asked if he could ge and greeted me. She asked if she could help and I replied that I had an appointment. When I entered your building, a young man asked if he could get me coffee, soda or water and showed me to a chair to wait. Mark was very friendly, answered my questions in an understandable fashion, and directed me to cars that fit my budget and needs. After I had chosen the Mitsubishi, Don Lang came over to Mark's desk and assured me that it was a very good vehicle and should give me many miles. I really appreciated the fact that he made an effort to reassure me, as I have known Don and his family for years and greatly respect his opinion. Palmiero Toyota Scion was my last stop for a used car. I tried everyone up in Erie with no luck, just hassles. Someone recommended that I try Jason at Palmiero's, and I am really thankful that I did.
