Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Joseph Overby has provided very valuable assistance to me on multiple occasions. He is always very knowledgeable and focused on whatever issue has come up with my 2023 Highlander. He has been particularly helpful in getting me the second key fob that Toyota has repeatedly promised over the past year but failed to deliver. This dealership is very customer-focused, which is great because Toyota corporate is not. Ben Thibodaux in Sales also did a great job when I purchased the Highlander. He was very thorough and helpful throughout the entire process, with no high pressure, just focused on what I needed in a new vehicle. More

I previously answered this review request. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the fact that making an appointment has no priority for service. I was at the dealership for over two hours for I expressed my dissatisfaction with the fact that making an appointment has no priority for service.
