Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

I want to take a minute and say that Trey took good care of me. He was polite and attentive to a grumpy old man, who has been turning wrenches for a long time. Trey listened to what I said, and was al of me. He was polite and attentive to a grumpy old man, who has been turning wrenches for a long time. Trey listened to what I said, and was always prepared to substantiate what everything costs and why. He was never dismissive in his answers or his attitude. He set my expectations correctly. I can imagine his job is not easy one, as so many are short and ill tempered these days. Very few are ever happy to bring their vehicle in for service or repair, especially when they see the bill. Although I'm never happy with what things cost nowadays, there is value to having Panama City Toyota do the work with a guarantee to back it up. It's comforting to know that this place will still be in business in a year and in the future should I need their help More

I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car Dealership. First, we had the best salesman - Seth Robertson - We conversed by email for about 4 days since we live 2 1/2 hr I have ever had at a car Dealership. First, we had the best salesman - Seth Robertson - We conversed by email for about 4 days since we live 2 1/2 hrs. away - He answered every question I had and keep me informed if the car was still available until we could get over. And when we arrived on Saturday the car buying experience was awesome. He is an asset to your company. Also the finance rep. Reid Wynn was also great. Never felt pressured on anything. I will drive the 2 1/2 hrs. next time when I'm looking for a vehicle. Also great showroom & inventory of vehicles. More

We drove from central Alabama to buy from PC Toyota. We nailed down our transaction details over the phone. Our salesman was Denim Johnson. He did a great job. I am a CPA and am very picky about the numbers and the out-of-state transaction. Everything was done well. Further, there was a last minute snag that was absolutely no one's fault. PC Toyota stood by the detail we had made, although some of the facts changed. I would definitely drive the 4+ hours that we did to purchase again from Panama City Toyota. The service people are awesome. I like how, when they opened at 7:30am, the service agents (5) all came out at once and checked in the first five vehicles at the same time. ie it I like how, when they opened at 7:30am, the service agents (5) all came out at once and checked in the first five vehicles at the same time. ie it wasn’t just one guy processing one customer at a time. It was a show of force. Made me feel like they were on the ball. The waiting room was big, comfortable and calming. Your vehicle’s status is shown on a board so you can see what phase of the care in currently is in. The service agent came out to me to tell me what they found and what they recommended. ie I was kept informed. I am a previous customer to this dealership’s service department and have never been disappointed. More
