I want to take a minute and say that Trey took good care of me. He was polite and attentive to a grumpy old man, who has been turning wrenches for a long time. Trey listened to what I said, and was al of me. He was polite and attentive to a grumpy old man, who has been turning wrenches for a long time. Trey listened to what I said, and was always prepared to substantiate what everything costs and why. He was never dismissive in his answers or his attitude. He set my expectations correctly. I can imagine his job is not easy one, as so many are short and ill tempered these days. Very few are ever happy to bring their vehicle in for service or repair, especially when they see the bill. Although I'm never happy with what things cost nowadays, there is value to having Panama City Toyota do the work with a guarantee to back it up.
