Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.
In addition to the sale of new and outstanding Toyota vehicles, Panama City Toyota also offers high quality pre-owned vehicles. These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Virtually all brands can beserviced inside our award winning service department. An outstanding parts and accessories departments also strives to meet your various needs.

John Nicholson was amazing! !! He made us feel comfortable from the time we got there until the time we left with our vehicle. He kept in contact with us and even came in on his !! Service rep did a great job making sure we were satisifed with the work performed. Unfortunate that the work wasn't evaluated and all items repaired at the same time by the technician. Had to take the vehi with the work performed. Unfortunate that the work wasn't evaluated and all items repaired at the same time by the technician. Had to take the vehicle back in multiple times and file multiple insurance supplements. Again, great job by Trey and he did a fantastic job working with us and the insurance company for repairs. Technicians doing the evaluation and repairs could have been more thorough and avoided multiple trips back for us. More
