Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. The USAF brought me to this area in 2009. I was in the market for another vehicle so I decided to purchase a Nissan. I wish I would have purchased a Toyota instead. I made an appointment for service, I showed up on time but had to wait for 30 minutes outside before anyone came to take my information. When they called to say the car would be ready in 2 hours it ended but had to wait for 30 minutes outside before anyone came to take my information. I sent my vehicle in for service, was charged a hefty price for a part , paid them and found out that I paid them to damage a 1200 part and they never said a word to me about.
