Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. I dropped in without an appointment. So the fact that I had to wait in the beginning was really on me. I finally went in to ask about whether my car was being worked on because I’d like a ride home if it was going to be a lot longer. The car was already done, along with a bunch others whose owners were also waiting because they were working short and no one came in to the customer waiting area to tell us. But overall they did a good job with the car and gave me the 10% discount wi the out the coupon. I appreciated that and the fact they are very courteous. Just seems they don’t have enough people working the customer end of the service. More
