Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. I made an appointment 3 weeks out, drove an hour, left it early for my 10 am appointment and waited until almost 4 pm to pick it up. They hadn’t even started the service. No apology. I was told they were bus early for my 10 am appointment and waited until almost 4 pm to pick it up. They hadn’t even started the service. No apology. I was told they were busy. Only when I got upset and asked for a manager did I get an apology, discount and a free rental. I called the next morning an hour after they opened for a pickup time. I was told 12:30-1. Only in a dire emergency would I ever go back there for service or to purchase. To me, no accountability for their actions is a sign of poor integrity. More

I sent my vehicle in for service, was charged a hefty price for a part , paid them and found out that I paid them to damage a 1200 part and they never said a word to me about. I need that job redone corr price for a part , paid them and found out that I paid them to damage a 1200 part and they never said a word to me about. I need that job redone correctly.ASAP.
