Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.
In addition to the sale of new and outstanding Toyota vehicles, Panama City Toyota also offers high quality pre-owned vehicles. These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Virtually all brands can beserviced inside our award winning service department. An outstanding parts and accessories departments also strives to meet your various needs.

Sage was quick to respond to all our questions, reassured me when the vehicle was delayed, and welcomed us upon arrival when we drove in from GA with equally as great service! Even when I had a question post our purchase, he was quick to respond. The dealership was nice and the technology available in their finance department was great too. Our finance options were discussed thoroughly and we were given a thumb drive with documents instead of walking out with a bunch of documents that we would lose later. The only downfall was the wait time to complete paperwork. I'm not sure if that was driven by limited staff or a high volume of customers, but we spent about 3hrs at the dealership for 20 minutes of actual signature action. But although it was a long wait, again the team at Toyota starting with my salesman and extending throughout was a great experience. Definitely worth the drive to get our new vehicle! More

Chaz was personable. Dealership standard, keep you in there so long in closing the deal you submit to their higher price, add on warrenty and expensive extras.
