Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. My normal service representative was out the day I came in to have my vehicle serviced. But Patrick Tansey did just as great of a job. He answered my questions, kept me informed, and made sure I was take in to have my vehicle serviced. But Patrick Tansey did just as great of a job. Dealership is Great Thomas always takes care of me. However your prices on estimated repairs is way out of line. My fog light bulb was burned out they wanted 170.00 to replace I replaced it for 18.00 a However your prices on estimated repairs is way out of line.
